I purchased an awesome kit at http://www.coordinatecollections.com called Alphabet Soup. They have some awesome prices and their kits ROCK. Here is a little something that I came up with from the kit.
I used the Little Buds 12x12 Patterned Paper from www.bellablvd.com and the Swing into Spring Collection. Love this new company! And she is from Wisconsin so that makes it even more special.
I cut out the trees and framed them with one of the squares from the Funky Squares die from Cuttlebug. Then cut out a strip from the Making Memories Tart & Tin paper. Again in the kit.
She's Like the were all random letter stickers that I already had and wind was from Making Memories Varnish Alpha (in the kit)
I really love how the whole thing turned out. I also love using kits now. I can't wait for next month. I may even purchase both of them! (Shhh don't tell hubby.)

Told You I Would Be Back
I just didn't realize it would be so soon! I loaded some more pictures of projects.
This one has taken me a couple of days to complete. I am making chore charts for the girls. I used my Cricut for just about everything on them. George, Indie Art, Makin the Grade and Home Accents. I love how they turned out! I used Magnetic Tape for the check marks (stars, flowers and circles) and then added a strip at the bottom for the girls to put them on.
Ashlynn wanted a Rocker type chart:
Brooklyn wanted flowers and butterflies:
And Kaylin wanted Spiderman so I added some spiders and will find a Spiderman sticker to put in the corner:
And here it is adhered to poster bored with the strip at the bottom ready to be hung on the wall!
And then a fun little card for a crop at www.homesweethome.forumsland.com
Thanks for looking!

Crop At Mommysavers
Ok so I admit. I really hate downloading pictures on here. It is so time consuming. Here are a few challengs I did over at www.Mommysavers.com
THis one was to be inspired by a picture of some daisys. I got this image from a swap and I believe it is from www.stampingbella.com
This one was to use the word fun on the card or layout
Christmas in June. Plan ahead and make a Christmas or Holiday card:
Use this recipe A flower, stamped image and a Brad:
This one is based off a sketch. I just love this little moose!
last but not least this is my least favorite of the 6 cards I made, Summer themed:
I am working on 2 Crops right now and hopefully will have some new creations up soon. Thanks for looking!

Meeting At the Zoo
On Thursday I got to meet up with a really good online friend, Sara. I have met her one other time at her Crop Out Diabetes Event she hosted. Now we got a chance to meet at the Milwaukee Zoo. I only had Kaylin for the day and she had her 3 girls with. We had a lot of fun. I don't have pics of the 2 of us. They were on her camera. You can view her post here.... www.finkerdoodles.blogspot.com
Here are some pics of the girls that I got.

A Few Challenges
I got to participate even just the tiniest bit on a Mimi Crop being held at www.mommysavers.com
The first challenge I accepted was to make a page with the entire immediate family in it. I chose to use some pictures from a trip to Lapham Peak in October.
The next challenge was to use 3 of these items in a page or card:
scallops*
eyelets*
brads
paperclip
bling*
something recycled
Then the last one that I was able to complete since it is such a nice day out is a Fathers day card

I Cleaned the Dungeon
Can you believe it? I went to the Dollar Tree and pick up a few little baskets and stackables and set off to get my scrap area cleaned up.
First is the shelf that houses my magazines, Cuttlebug stuff, Cricut stuff, Punches and other miscellaneous. I moved my glitter and embossing powder and tried to place stuff into the baskets and stackables so that it was not just loose on the shelf.
Here is the shelf before:
And After:
My table is a disaster waiting to happen. It is a catchall for anything that comes it's way. I wanted to have more open space with less clutter. I moved all of my paper to one end and then left enough room for me to have for scrapping.
Before: (OMG it is HORRIBLE!)
After: (Ahhh much better!)
This shelf had a lot of stuff moved off the top and I added all of my embellishment boxes, stamps, and sticker binders there. And the cart next to it has all of the stamp sets that I have.
This is my paper area:
and the paper holder that I made out of used Priority Boxes it fits my 12 x 12 papers perfectly!
And all of my 4 1/2 paper stacks that I am addicted too!
Ribbon is on a spool and then crammed in a big jar:
So I am exhausted after that but really think that I need to get some challenges done for the crop at Mommysavers.
Zzzzzzzzz

Glitter Fun
I think that I really like glitter today. Almost every one of my projects had it in it.
This one is a challenge to alter a button. I used my white journaling pen to make polka dots on the buttons and of course a little glitter...
And a cute little card for whatever occasion this one I am using for birthday.

Just As Promised
Ok so just as promised I am going to post some of the projects that I have been doing for an online crop I am in on www.mommysavers.com
This first one is for a challenge to use a title on a photo. This is a page about my sweet sister Melissa with Down's Syndrome
Close up of title on photo:
Challenge was to use a Tag:
Close up of Tag:
This next one is a voting challenge. Do a card and a page without pictures. The page came out very shiny in the picture and there are fingerprints all over the shiny paper. Oh well. The page is for the pictures of Ashlynn playing Guitar Hero on the Wii. It is one of her favorite games.
I love how the card turned out. I would love a birthday cake like that!
Hopefully I can get some more down this weekend. It has been so nice out that I hate the thought of being inside. We shall see.....
